These speakers systems are are what I recommend for your classic car.  Speakers are a very personal decision.  The best way to select speakers is to listen to them powered the way you plan on powering them, and with the music you like to listen to.  Your local audio dealer can help you select a pair of speakers if your application takes something typical, like a 6x9 in the rear, or a 6" in the doors.  If you cannot accommodate a conventional speaker system, then one of the selections above might be a choice for you.  These are designed to fit the needs of owners of classic cars, that want something to fit without cutting it up, or want it look like it was OEM.  Other cheaper speakers are available to fit the same applications, but I have found that the sound inferior to these selections.  If you want a speaker other than what I have chosen, a quick search of the internet should help you find a dealer who will sell them.  I simply do not feel comfortable selling products that I wouldn't enjoy in my own car.  The above selections are the best sounding speakers I have found for dash, hidden, and kick panel applications.
